By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

Description Darrell 2012-02-08 19:09:14 CST
The blue-bend and default locolor splash images need to be updated to reflect TDE artwork.

Location: main/tdebase/ksplashml/pics

Specifics:

tdebase/ksplashml/pics/themes/default/Preview.png:
The last icon image (TDE Menu icon replica) is for KDE and not TDE.
The text refers to KDE rather than TDE.
I'll attach a new image.

Out of date. Best solution is to use (copy) Preview.png from tdebase/ksplashml/pics/themes/default and then saved as appropriate for "locolor."

tdebase/ksplashml/pics/themes/default/lococlor/splash_active_bar.png
Needs to be replaced (copied) with the same image from tdebase/ksplashml/pics/themes/default and then saved as appropriate for "locolor."

tdebase/ksplashml/pics/themes/default/lococlor/splash_inactive_bar.png
Needs to be replaced (copied) with the same image from tdebase/ksplashml/pics/themes/default and then saved as appropriate for "locolor.".

I'm confused by these "locolor" files. The images in both directories are 8-bit. No difference. To what purpose then is the locolor directory? If there is nothing in the source code looking for those "locolor" files then why not delete the "locolor" directory? The other pre-packaged themes do not have this "locolor" directory.

I checked the 3.5.10 sources: same thing. No difference in bit depth --- 8 bit for both.

Also need updating:

Preview.png image updated in GIT hash 7e6577e9548ba093ebc52797010d86f81cc25a68.

Remaining issues still need to be resolved.
