By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

Both .kompmgr.available and kompmgr.pid are stored directly in $HOME.

They should be stored in $TDEHOME/$TDETMP (non persistent) or $TDEHOME/$TDEVARTMP (persistent).

While it was not practical to write the available and pid files to the TDE temporary directory (it would have severely delayed compton startup while tdebuildsycoca ran, introducing visual artifacts) I did move the files to the standard temporary directory under a UID-unique name.

Fixed in GIT hashes b03b9b0 (tdelibs) and 9b9b436 (tdebase).
