By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

I can't replicate this in the latest GIT. Hopefully the problem is limited to 3.5.13 and was removed with a subsequent patch in GIT.

I did a test in the forthcoming 3.5.13.1 and KMahjongg works correctly.

I can say exactly - fixed in GIT hash 36770452 2011-12-21.
