By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

Checking the contents of the Autostart directory shows the items are not really duplicating. Nonetheless this behavior likely will confuse many users.

Another possible bug:

When adding or removing items they are added or removed immediately --- before selecting the Apply button. This can be verified by monitoring the Autostart/shutdown directories in Konqueror while adding/deleting items. A non destructive bug, but renders the Apply button useless.
