By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

Hello, I have the following bug in TDE 3.5.13 with kmail :
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/kdepimlibs/+bug/350902

In my case, it happens because my Imap server is limiting the number of concurrent connections from the same IP address, and kmail is opening several connections when opening several folders at the same time.

The bug was fixed in KDE 4.3 here:
http://websvn.kde.org/branches/KDE/4.3/kdepimlibs/kioslave/imap4/imapparser.cpp?r1=1074179&r2=1074178&pathrev=1074179

It looks good - it might solve the problems that I observe with Korn in case of unavailability of the server.
