By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

Description Sergey Sinitsa 2012-06-26 03:39:52 CDT
KPowersave sometimes consumes 100% CPU until restarted. I'm using Debian Squeeze + new Linux kernel 3.2 from the backports and new Xorg from the backports.

I'm going to guess that this is a HAL problem. HAL is deprecated and is rapidly becoming buggy on newer systems.

TDE does have a new kpowersave-nohal application, and it is available in the nightly builds, but it absolutely requires a newer TDE version than 3.5.13.x due to its reliance on new functionality in tdelibs.
Comment 2 Sergey Sinitsa 2012-06-26 12:13:03 CDT
Ok. I'll wait till 3.5.14 release and try nohal version.

I have this problem too. It's rather annoying :-[ It happens so frequently.

3.5.14 here I come :-)
