libtqpod : fix FTBFS

kpod requires libtqpod to be installed first.

Building libtqpod 0.4.2:

Grab tarball from web site, grab patch.

Then:

tar xfj libqtpod-0.4.2.tar.bz2
cd libqtpod-0.4.2

patch -p1 < libqtpod-0.42-ftbfs.patch

# Convert QT3 to TQT3
~/tde/tde_r14/experimental/qt3-tqt3/convert_existing_qt3_app_to_tqt3

# Convert KDE3 to TDE
~/tde/tde_r14/experimental/kde-tde/convert_existing_kde3_app_to_tde

tqmake
make
make install

Building ipodslave (with libqtpod already installed)

tar xjf ipodslave-0.8-pre2.tar.bz2
cd ipodslave-0.8-pre2

patch -p1 <ipodslave-0.8-ftbfs.patch

rm -rf admin

# Convert QT3 to TQT3
~/tde/tde_r14/experimental/qt3-tqt3/convert_existing_qt3_app_to_tqt3

# Convert KDE3 to TDE
~/tde/tde_r14/experimental/kde-tde/convert_existing_kde3_app_to_tde

Update "admin" folder with TDE's one.

Build as usual with autotools.
