By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

The pager allows the user to drag window thumbnails, moving windows from one workspace to another (whether maximized or not). It also allows moving windows from one physical screen to another (for systems with multiple screens), but only if the window is not maximized. If the window is maximized, moving the thumbnail from one screen to the other is ineffective.

Note that my screens are of two different resolutions, so it might be worth testing this on a system with two identical screens to see if it works in that situation.
