By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

Description Darrell 2012-07-19 23:34:08 CDT
I don't know much about KDED, but perhaps everything should be renamed to TDED to avoid conflicts with KDE4. I realize that many packages beyond tdelibs are affected. I'm ready to help as long as there is a punch list or guideline.
Comment 1 Bruce Sass 2012-07-20 04:46:18 CDT
KDE-4 on Debian calls it "kded4"
Comment 2 Darrell 2012-07-20 07:07:21 CDT
Ok, possibly then no conflicts with KDE4. I think KDED should be renamed anyway to TDED. With a lot of the renaming we've done, KDED no longer looks right, especially in kcontrol.

Closing. Not because it is not relative, but because renaming is required at a larger scale and we are planning to address it step by step. So a bug for the renaming of an individual component is not really of much use.
