By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

Description Kris 2012-08-02 12:26:41 CDT
I have two email accounts in Kmail. They both use secure IMAP for checking mail (SSL PLAIN, port 465). Whenever it tries to check my email, it gives an error dialog stating:

"Could not start process for imaps."

I tried running kmail from a terminal. The output from starting it is attached (I will attach remaining output in comments, Bugzilla is only allowing one attachment).

I cannot replicate this issue with TDE R14.0.0 from the nightly builds on Debian Squeeze. I added an IMAP account and enabled SSL on the options tab, and was able to access my Email with no problems.

To be honest, I don't remember reporting this bug. In fact, I don't even have this bug. It's possible it ocurred awhile back, then somehow resolved itself.

Since it's working for both of us, since many people likely use IMAP and none of them have commented, and since my memory seems to be failing me, I'm marking this bug as invalid.
