By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

Oddly enough, importing the qt module from a Python interactive session works fine. Here's the list of Qt related packages (just dpkg -l|grep qt, so there is some unrelated stuff).

I installed some qt4 packages from the Kubuntu PPA, but I don't see how that would have affected the qt3 modules.

Comment 1 Timothy Pearson 2009-10-19 21:18:37 CDT
Does this bug still exist with the packages currently in the PPA?
Comment 2 Timothy Pearson 2009-11-09 11:44:50 CST
Closing as the original reporter has not responded and I have been unable to reproduce this bug with the final Karmic images.
Comment 3 Joshua Kugler 2009-11-10 00:10:20 CST
I have:

deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/kde3-maintainers/ppa/ubuntu jaunty main
deb-src http://ppa.launchpad.net/kde3-maintainers/ppa/ubuntu jaunty main

deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/kde3-maintainers/ppa/ubuntu intrepid main
deb-src http://ppa.launchpad.net/kde3-maintainers/ppa/ubuntu intrepid main

in my sources.list.d, and everything is up to date. I have not tried the Karmic packages.

I apologize for the delay in my response.
Comment 4 Timothy Pearson 2009-11-10 00:16:29 CST
Ahh...I see you are using Jaunty. I'm not going to repair any Jaunty packages (due to a lack of time); does the problem still exist in Karmic?
Comment 5 Joshua Kugler 2009-11-10 12:56:02 CST
Haven't tried Karmic yet. What would be the best way to upgrade?

Could I just change my KDE3 apt-get lines to Karmic, and see if that works? Or should I change my KDE3 lines to Karmic, and then run the do-release-upgrade?

Hmm, just changing the KDE lines doesn't work. :) I'll have to work on this later, since a system upgrade will take a while. Give me a couple days. :)
Comment 6 Joshua Kugler 2010-02-15 14:52:46 CST
Upgrading to Karmic seems to have fixed the issue.
