By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

Description Alexis PM 2012-09-15 12:48:24 CDT
Some names of packages in the Debian repos allude to Ubuntu.
For example, in a minimal TDE installation, there are:
gcc-4.5-base   4.5.2-8ubuntu4
launchpad-integration   4:3.5.12-0ubuntu0-dummy2
libgcc1   1:4.5.2-8ubuntu4
libgomp1   4.5.2-8ubuntu4
libstdc++6   4.5.2-8ubuntu4
It is not a critical bug, but I think nobody likes in her system (Debian in this case) allusions in the packages to other distros: In Debian I don't like to watch TDE packages for Debian with "-ubuntu" in their name version, in the same way that Fedora users don't like to watch "mandriva" or "opensuse" alussions in TDE packages for Fedora.
Additionally, I'm not sure of the need for some of these packages in Debian repo: launchpad-integration? Debian has not Launchpad.

Thanks!

TDE packages are now named against their distro and version (for example debian8.0 for debian/jessie).
