By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

The package kdesdk-kde3 depends on kdesdk-scripts-kde3 and kspy-kde3.  kspy-kde3 appears to depend on kdesdk-scripts (/not/ kdesdk-scripts-kde3).  kdesdk-scripts and kde-scripts-kde3 appear to conflict with each other, and the package manager will not install both at once.  This makes it impossible to install kdesdk-kde3.

For example, if I have kspy-kde3 installed (non-relevant output omitted):

$ sudo apt-get install kdesdk-kde3
[ ... ]
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
  kdesdk-kde3: Depends: kdesdk-scripts-kde3 (>= 4:3.5.10-0ubuntu1~intrepid1) but it is not going to be installed
E: Broken packages

$ sudo apt-get install kdesdk-scripts-kde3
[ ... ]
The following packages will be REMOVED:
  kdelibs4-kde3-dev kdesdk-scripts kspy-kde3
The following NEW packages will be installed:
  kdesdk-scripts-kde3
0 upgraded, 1 newly installed, 3 to remove and 0 not upgraded.
Need to get 0B/299kB of archives.
After this operation, 7549kB disk space will be freed.
Do you want to continue [Y/n]? Y
[ success ]

$ sudo apt-get install kdesdk-kde3
[ ... ]
