By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

I'm not sure how feasible this would be, but allowing access to Pandora via Amarok may make it more appealing to new users. After all, Last.fm is available via Amarok :-)

There could be problems with the Terms of Service:

http://www.pandora.com/legal/

https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=240671

https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=119031

Looks like the service is available only to people within the continental USA and that the service is highly proprietary. :(

With that said, seems there is nothing to stop individual amarok users from creating a script.

I see nothing in their ToS about only using it in the continental USA. Section 13.4 of their ToS mentions "other countries in which the Pandora Services are made available".

If it is proprietary, there is nothing wrong in asking them to open up :-)
