By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

Trinity does not support DNS prefetching.

Prefetching will be valuable to some people. Yet this is not an option all users will want and should be disabled by default. Any such support must be easily controlled through a GUI control that applies to all apps, especially in this day when many web browsers now support such features privacy mode browsing, etc., to avoid tracking issues. Being able to disable prefetching will be important to users who have bandwidth caps.

The KDE folks added some prefetching code to kdelibs in svn commit 884886, which might be useful as a template for updating Trinity:

http://www.archivum.info/khtml-cvs@kde.org/2008-11/00087/KDE-kdelibs.html

Seems three options are available:

DNSPrefetch=Enabled, Disabled, OnlyWWWAndSLD

Would seem that any app using khtml should support the prefetching feature by recognizing a DNSPrefetch key in the app's respective rc file in the [HTML Settings] section. Two apps come to mind: konqueror and akregator.
