By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

Description Martin Hodges 2013-01-07 08:24:49 CST
Status hangs at 'Checking account Nevion for new mail'

Tried with both an account from R13.1 and a new account created from scratch.

I can access this account with R13.1

The problem was first observed with an account migrated from R13.1.
The status percent window showed 0%. Clicking on the 'up'arrow' revealed a box showing connecting to mail.nevion.com, the process seems to be hung here.

I removed the kmail.rc in ~/trinity/config and the kmail directory under ~/trinity/apps and tried to re-create the account.
The kmail start-up wizard proceeded until I clicked the 'finish' button and a window appeared saying that it was checking the security settings/options of the server -and hung there. I aborted that afyter five minutes.
I opened Kmail and tried 'settings->Configure Kmail' which crashed kmail with the following message in the terminal 'kmail: symbol lookup error: /opt/trinity/lib/libkmailprivate.so: undefined symbol:_ZN13KCMultiDialog9addModuleERK8TQStringb'

I opened Kontact and tried 'settings->Configure Kontact' which opened the configuration dialogue.

I entered the information for the receiving and sending accounts and tried to check mail.

The status line just reported 'Checking account Nevion for new mail' but nothing more happened.

This bug report may contain two bugs. The work-around to get to the configuration, I can live with but I have no access to work mail.

Build of tdepim-trinity 14.0.0-0debian12+r329+pr8~wheezy_i386 functions correctly. Thank you.
