By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

Description James 2013-01-08 11:19:32 CST
When "kicker-trinity" alone is selected for installation, and then "Configure Panel..." is selected from kicker, there is an error, 'Library files for "kcm_kicker.la" not found in paths." This library file is supplied in "kcontrol-trinity", which should, then, be included as a dependency in "kicker-trinty".

Thanks
James

This sounds like a distro-specific report. Debian? Is this report still valid?

Sounds like this is still valid...

Adding for kicker-trinity dependence on kcontrol-trinity would cause circular dependency. This is not a good solution.

As a usable solution, it seems to be moving files kcm_kicker.* and possibly also kcm_clock.* from the kcontrol-trinity package to the kicker-trinity package. The side effect should be that kcontrol-trinity will no longer depend on kicker-trinity.

Fixed in commits d9a39a491 (R14.1) and 33ec3dcbb (R14.0).
