By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

Description PVOzerski 2013-01-11 13:11:26 CST
Cause: directories /etc/hal/fdi/information, /etc/hal/fdi/policy and /etc/hal/fdi/preprobe are missing after the installation of HAL. This problem can be easily solved by manual creation of these directories but without this action removable USB devices cannot be auto-mounted. I think, the corresponding rpm package should be fixed (these directories should be included ito it).
Comment 1 Timothy Pearson 2013-05-09 10:40:28 CDT
TDE R14.0.0 no longer uses HAL, so I am marking this SRUONLY.
Comment 2 Francois Andriot 2013-07-24 06:51:41 CDT
Fixed in 3.5.13.2.
If you still have openSUSE-KDE3's Hal daemon installed, remove it, then install "trinity-hal" package, which fixes this bug (among others).

Closing bug.
