By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

Some of the other desktop environments provide a feature that allows pressing a keyboard shortcut, such as Ctrl-Alt-Shift, to create an active image around the mouse pointer. There are times when finding the mouse pointer is challenging, such as when hovering over Konsole for several seconds and the pointer actually disappears. For people with eyesight issues, or even long work days when a person's eyes get tired, a mouse pointer tracker is a handy tool.

I would not place this in the Accessibility territory. In KDE 4 this is a Systems Settings -> Desktop Effect. Within Trinty KControl, probably a good place to add this widget is Peripherals -> Mouse -> Advanced.

To provide end-user consistency, the common approach among the other desktop environments is to use the Ctrl key to trigger the locater. The Ctrl key still functions as expected but when released before pressing any other key combination, an animated/radiating/pulsating "bullseye" appears around the mouse pointer.

The kcontrol check box option:

"Show position of pointer when the Control key is pressed."

Tooltip help:

"Selecting this option enables a mouse pointer animation when pressing and releasing either Control (Ctrl) key. This feature helps locate the mouse pointer."
