By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs

I am running TDE 3.5.13.1 on CentOS, and I cannot connect Kopete to GTalk due to the lack of qca-tls packages. This package is required to connect to encrypted XMPP networks (perhaps some others, I haven't tested).

OK, I will provide backported TQCA and TQCA-TLS packages from Trinity R14 on Trinity 3.5.13.2 .

Here is the patch for building TQCA.

That leaves me with one question though: Will Kopete recognize and use TQCA-TLS despite asking for QCA-TLS??

Even though the package is named  "tqca", the library is still named "libqca", so it should work with kopete.

The TQCA-TLS package is available and installed, and I've confirmed the presence of libqca-tls.so under /usr/lib64/qt-3.3/plugins/crypto/ , however Kopete does not recognize it -- it still asks for QCA-TLS for SSL support.

I did a 'yum upgrade' when I noticed the availability of TQCA-TLS to ensure I was upgraded to the latest RHEL/CentOS packages.

Fixed, and even resolves a "yum upgrade". I'm still a bit cautious on marking this report as RESOLVED since I don't know of those packages are officially in the repo, but if they are :-)
