tdelibs : add support for freeze suspend state

During testing on Ubuntu 13.10 (Saucy) I noticed that the kernel from the 3.9 has a new suspend state - freeze. I think it would be good to be ready to support this suspend state in R14.0.0.

The attached patch adds support for freeze suspend state to TDE hardware library.
