By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

Description Darrell 2013-10-23 17:10:16 CDT
tdepim/kalarm/configure.in.bot contains a configure test for kttsd. The cmake conversion did not migrate the test.

Further, no kttsd test is made in akregator, which also supports kttsd.

The absence of the test and having tdeaccessibility not installed does not stall or affect building tdepim. Yet some kind of warning should exist for packagers.

This is related to bug report 1631 "Add options to disable automatically launching kttsd with akregator and kalarm."

I looked at it, and it seems to me that the test result nor in automake does not affect the building. I suppose that was the reason why this test not included in cmake. The presence of kmix and kttsd not significant during building, but the during use.

Because these tests have no meaning during build, but they examine the intended state of the environment at the user's runtime, it makes no sense to convert these checks to CMake.
