By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.

tqt3 patch

On Debian/Jessie, qt3/tqt3 FTBFS because libfreetype6-dev version 2.5.1-1 is installed. In Debian/Wheezy libfreetype6-dev version 2.4.9-1.1 is installed and qt3/tqt3 builds correctly.
The attached proposed patches can handle both versions of libfreetype6-dev.
I only tested the patch for tqt3 since I don't build qt3 at all, but the two patches are identical, so I believe also the patch for qt3 should be ok.
