By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

Add a check box just above the Download button:

[ ] Download from a local source

The option always opens unchecked. When checked and the user selects the
Download button, a dialog appears asking for the file path, which could be our
local git tree or could be an optical disk.


NOTES: 
1) see bug 1779 comment 11 for other details.
2) the patch attached to but 1779 comment 37 (attachment 1825 [details]) contains code needed for this enhancement (see section regarding files tdelibs/kate/part/katedialogs.cpp and tdelibs/kate/part/katedialogs.h)

There are bigger priorities than this and also does not to be very useful. 
A user can add a specific highlight file by adding this to his profile folders.
