By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

No. What I mean is to add two color picker controls to let the user choose the color he prefers

Oh, you want to select one color for the line number column (left border background) and a different color for the icon border column (new element needed). Different text color for both too?

Yes, just let the user choose. The default color remains the actual color. Then if a user prefer different colors, he can change them has he likes.
