By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

The kpilot help handbooks were moved from tdepim to kpilot in commits 1231932d and 871fd696.

The kpalmdoc.desktop DocPath was updated to:

DocPath=kpilot/config-conduits.html#conduit-palmdoc

When accessed from the help handbook table of contents, the correct kpalmdoc link in the kpilot handbook opens.

When accessed from the Help button in the kpalmdoc dialog, the handbook fails to find the handbook link. Almost as though the Help button is hard-coded, or likely, set through the default Help function to look for kpalmdoc/index.html.

There is no need for a separate handbook as the requested information already exists in the kpilot handbook.
