By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

Although no handbook yet exists, accessing any such handbook is not possible because the dialog Help button is disabled.

Update:

With commit 9a4bae9f, a setup section is now available in the k3b handbook. A k3bsetup2.desktop file has been added that includes the DocPath to the respective link in the handbook.

All that remains is a functional Help button.
