By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

Description Darrell 2014-02-20 16:02:06 CST
1. Whoever originally designed KTip must think KTip is the most elite software ever created. The app always remains at the front of the screen when open. KTip should not remain at the front of the screen at all times.

2. All internal links in KTip use the help:/ tdeioslave. While I appreciate the help:/ tdeioslave, all help:/ links opened from within in KTip should open the khelpcenter and not konqueror. The cause is help:/ is an <a href> element and treated as a URL, which opens konqueror rather than khelpcenter. The invokeHelp function should be used.

3. In this day and age of spoofing, when hovering the mouse pointer over a link, the full URL path of any link in KTip should appear at the bottom of the KTip window, like a status bar, to help the user know the actual destination.
