By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

From David Rankin:

I would also vote for Scribus. I think it is an indispensable. Desktop
publishing is a thing in and of itself, you can't fake true dtp with a word
processor. Looking at what is available, it looks like we will have to use:

scribus-1.3.3.14

http://downloads.sourceforge.net/project/scribus/scribus/1.3.3.14/scribus-1.3.3.14.tar.bz2

It appears to be the last in the line of Qt3 releases and was the 16th release
of Scribus 1.3.x. It should be fairly stable.
