By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

Description Darrell 2014-02-23 15:13:57 CST
The effect is comical and absurd.

* Install Dolphin.

* Open konqueror.

* Double-click on a directory/folder.

* Dolphin opens.

The cause is the only Mimetype listed in d3lphin.desktop is inode/directory and the same desktop file includes InitialPreference=10.

Somebody's ego got in the way.

Resolution is to delete the InitialPreference key in the desktop file.

Resolved in commit aa5eeb6c.

Hi!

The real solution to this problem would be to add an option in the TDE Control Center to let the user choose the file manager they want to use, instead of changing it back to Konqueror in a fixed way.

Have a nice day!

Refer to bug 1904. :)

The fix was needed anyway. I don't think a preference setting would have resolved the problem.
