By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

The Help menu functions. A help handbook template exists. The configuration dialog Help button does not function.

Darrell, where is the template help handbook located? I can't seem to find it on my system, but perhaps I am looking at the wrong place...

The TDevelop Designer help handbook is in the source tree at tdevelop/doc/tdevdesigner/. Installs to /opt/trinity/share/doc/tde/HTML/en/tdevdesigner/.

The handbook opens from the Help menu but not the Settings Configure dialog.

seems there is something more missing in Debian/Ubuntu since the tdevdesigner handbook is not installed in /opt/trinity/share/doc/tde/HTML/en/tdevdesigner but still in /opt/trinity/share/doc/tde/HTML/en/kdevdesigner..... 
I will have to look at that as well.

Just checked this on Debian Jessie from the latest GIT sources.  Both Help options (the menu and the configuration dialog pushbutton) function properly and bring up the appropriate sections of the TDevelop handbook.

If you can still reproduce this with the latest GIT sources please reopen this report and post both system type and detailed reproduction instructions.
