By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

Description Denis Prost 2014-05-01 00:47:55 CDT
when windows are grouped in taskbar (for example, icedove main window and new message window), dragging a file on the corresponding taskbar button (for example on icedove new message button to set an attachment to that message) does not work : a menu is displayed showing the two windows, but dragging the file on one of them does not raise it, as it should be expected.

I have this too. I wouldn't describe it as 'dragging a file', just trying to drag the window group. It seems to be fixed in place, while any individual windows that are not displayed as grouped, in the taskbar, can be dragged to a new position in the taskbar.

Sorry I misunderstood. My last comment effectively reports a new bug. However I notice that the original bug is fixed.
