By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

To replicate:
1) open Korganizer
2) create a to-do event, associate a due date and a reminder
3) wait until the day the remained pops up (i.e.: the due date is reached)
4) edit the to-do event and move the due date to a later date. You can also change the start date to a later day with no difference
5) the next day the same to-do remainder pops up even though start and end dates have been moved forward
