By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

No crash here; I wonder what is different on your system. Which amarok theme are you using?

If you don't mind (a.k.a. there's nothing personal in the file) can you attach your ~/.trinity/share/config/amarokrc file here? Stripping out paths is OK; I am simply looking for a way to reproduce this bug for analysis.

Thanks!

No problem to attach my amarokrc file if you need it, but the problem does not seem to be there.
I tried deleting the amarokrc file, the /opt/trinity/share/apps/amarok folder and the ~/.trinity/share/apps/amarok folder at the same time. Ran amarok, went through the initial wizard (no choices made) and nothing happened (no crash but also no Amarok running). Then run Amarok and again the same crash happened.

What distro are you using for testing? I wonder if the problem is specific to the latest Debian/Testing distro.

Yeah, that might be it. I tested with Ubuntu Precise; I generally stay away from the Testing distros because I never know whether or not the problem is in TDE or the underlying system. Once a new distro version has reached beta status (or the Debian equivalent!) I can be reasonably assured the problem is in TDE instead of the underlying libraries.

The linked crash report was marked as resolved some time ago; updating bug status to match.

Good, I had forgotten about this bug. No crash in Amarok for quite a while.
