By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

This bug is probably a consequence of the recent updates in TQT3.

Test case: open a new konsole window, and another (any) window.
Click on the other window to put focus on it. Notice in konsole that the cursor gets white with black border.

Then click on console window.
Notice that the cursor stays white. Instead, it should get black.
But even if it has wrong color, the konsole actually has the focus. This is just a cursor drawing issue.
