By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

* As non-root, open KControl->System Administration->Time & Date

In Slackware ntpdate is installed to /usr/sbin. Moreso, for a few years ntpdate has been deprecated and should not be relied upon as being available.

sntp can be used as a replacement for ntpdate. In Slackware that command is installed to /usr/sbin, so a similar stderr message will appear when using the Time & Date module as non-root.

In Slackware rdate is an optional third-party package and is not part of the stock installation.

Although neither message is destructive, I don't see the messages providing value.
