By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

Description mgb-trinity 2014-11-21 13:55:28 CST
synaptic-trinity seems to be new for R14 and does not seem to qualify for "important" priority.
Comment 1 Timothy Pearson 2014-11-21 14:24:23 CST
You are correct; synaptic's priority is also optional and this package should match.

Fixed in GIT hash 8f002e4 (tde-packaging).

The synaptic-trinity package allows Synaptic to be launched under TDE (without it, Synaptic falls back to pkexec and non-root users would have to type "tdesudo synaptic" into the run dialog or a command line to launch Synaptic).

Thanks for reporting!

Reopening as bug is still present in i386 Wheezy R14 RC2.

The patch appears to only have been applied to Maverick.

Problem no longer seems to exist in 14.0.4 and 14.0.5
