By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

Description Michele Calgaro 2014-11-26 21:34:51 CST
1) Just opening TDE Control -> Appearance & Themes -> Fonts without doing any change and just clicking away to another section, cause the file ~/.config/fontconfig/fonts.conf to be updated. This is annoying at least.

2) I use a customized fonts.conf to have Ubuntu-style rounded characters. The update from the TDE Control -> Appearance & Themes -> Fonts always ignores those customized setting and use different ones. The options I used are nothing special. The Control module needs to be updated to allow the user to set and to use those options.

Yep, that sounds like a bug. Nothing should ever be written to disk by TDEControl modules until either Apply or OK is clicked.

What are the exact options you are setting?

Thanks!

Tim,
I have attached my settings and also how they are overwritten by TDE Control. Again, this happens by just showing the Font config page and clicking away to another category, no changes at all from the user.
Comment 5 Michele Calgaro 2014-11-27 03:50:51 CST
The changes are written when the Font config page is open, not on leaving the page.
