By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

TDM Theme Manager allows me to select a theme and click Apply without enabling administrative mode, however the theme is not applied.

Attempting to apply a theme in administrative mode does not apply the theme, and erroneously produces the following message:

Theming is not available due to enabled Secure Attention Key (SAK) support

SAK is disabled and has been since almost a year ago when I was still using 3.5.13.x.

As you can see in this screenshot, SAK is disabled. In case it's not obvious from the screenshot, I can't even enable SAK as the checkbox is disabled for some reason not obvious to me.

This should be fixed in GIT hash ff7202f (tdmtheme).

Thanks for reporting!
