By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.

ksplash-engine-moodin-trinity themes moodinKDE and Fingerprint do not display the highlighted versions System Services and Restoring Session pics and descriptions. The other pics and descriptions for these themes are correctly going from the dimmed versions to the highlighted versions, and the text is correctly displayed. This can be seen by executing the TDE version of kcontrol and testing the themes (Appearance & Themes, Splash Screen, highlight the theme, and Test), and also can be replicated by selecting either theme for use and logging into TDE.

There was some fixes done on moodin theme some time ago and it seems to be working fine now. 
Can you double check and confirm if problem is now resolved?
