By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

It may be a good idea for someone to port to TDE:
ftp://ftp.pbone.net/mirror/archive.fedoraproject.org/fedora/linux/releases/8/Everything/source/SRPMS/bluecurve-kwin-theme-1.0.0-1.fc8.src.rpm
Just the window borders including the title bar and the icons at each end of it.
I don't know that 'Bluecurve' is a trademark, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bluecurve doesn't say that it is.
(The KDE4 version is called quarticurve.)
Bluecurve is 1700 line of code, C++, main source code file is 35K.

It should just be a case of taking that source code and making it compile for Trinity. It has clear high-visibility icons, and people may be searching for it by name ('bluecurve').

It also nicely highlights the grab zones in the corners, for resizing the window.
