By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

When you clink on the panel, and select 'Configure Panel', Configure TDE panels -> Menus -> Change menu icon
Should show current, and pathname of current. Otherwise no confidence to change, because may not be able to change back.
I think it is /opt/trinity/share/icons/default.tde/64x64/apps/kmenu.png (or different resolution)
