By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

In 'configure window behaviour' -> actions -> 'Titlebar & frame' -> 'Middle button' -> Active -> Lower - there should be an option to 'deactivate and lower'.

Currently there is only an option to lower, which leaves it active and receiving keyboard input. That could be useful, but may not be what people are expecting. People should be free to configure it to 'deactivate and lower' if that's what they want.
