By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

Description Darrell 2015-02-19 16:57:29 CST
The nm-applet tool provides a swirling action while connecting to a VPN and updates the tray icon to include a lock after connecting. When disconnecting from the VPN the lock disappears. The difference in visual feedback between tdenetworkmanager and nm-applet is notable. Anybody who is accustomed to the visual feedback with nm-applet will wonder whether tdenetworkmanager is actually working.

This probably needs additional icons to update tdenetworkmanager. The kvpnc icons might help to provide similar feedback for tdenetworkmanager.

Lower icon - nm-applet, upper right icon - TDENetworkManager

Same problem. The lack of VPN status in the tray icon is problematic. With nm-applet I can tell immediately whether I'm connected to VPN or not.
