By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

Description mgb-trinity 2015-03-12 12:21:46 CDT
Upon quitting KMail, trash older than one week is deleted from IMAP Trash folders. There is no expiration set on these Trash folders, and the flag to empty trash on exit is not set in these accounts.

Merely accessing an IMAP account from KMail and then quitting KMail can delete huge amounts of "trash".

Some users require that trash never be deleted, while some rely on being able to forage back into trash a year back to look for things which were mistakenly deleted. Hence the "major" severity.

Although this bug report is about imap, I wonder whether related to bug 1172.
