By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

Description Davide 2015-05-26 12:31:17 CDT
Trying to open a zip archive and preview it with Konqueror and ark, it cause a message error:
Could not open the file, probably due to an unsupported file.

This don't happen in Trinity 3.5.x with the same applications.

Hi,

It might be a dumb question, but can you make sure that ark is installed, by searching it in the K menu?
In some cases, the default package list of a typical basic TDE install miss some parts who might be very useful to the users, such as K3b and many other useful apps.

Have a great day!

Hi, Ark is already installed and works correctly with almost every other compressed archives I have (tar, bz2, 7z, etc...), I can open zip archives in ark but can't preview or extract it from konqueror.
Konqueror plugins are already installed too.

Thanks for your support :]

Hi Davide,
what is the status of this bug? If still valid (there has been some work done in Ark) can you attached a sample (even dummy) file that shows the problem?
