By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

Kate has several panels available (for example on my system I have 9 panels).
It would be a nice addition to Kate to have a panel manager, which allows to show/hide panels button (note: this is not expanding/collapsing the panels, it is about the buttons being visible or not) on the side bars and change panel location (different sidebar or different position in the same sidebar).

As a composite addition on top of the previous one, being able to drag panels around would be nice.
