cannot upgrade from R14.0.0 to R14.0.1, ppa.quickbuild.pearsoncomputing.net returns 509  Maximum Instantaneous Bandwidth Exceeded. Output from apt-get upgrade:

The "509  Maximum Instantaneous Bandwidth Exceeded" should just be a temporary annoinance due to the R14.0.0 -> R14.0.1 switch. We had similar issues when R14.0.0 was released.
Please try again in a couple of days.

Release uploads are now largely complete; this issue should be resolved.

Longer term there are plans to migrate the TDE server cluster to a physical location that has much higher Internet bandwidth available, so stay tuned!
