By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

Description Kristopher 2015-08-30 11:22:29 CDT
This bug is for the bugtracker itself.

The Bugs link on the trinitydesktop.org website points to bugs.trinitydesktop.org .

Emails generated by the bug tracker for the bugs I'm subscribed to use bugs.pearsoncomputing.net .

Both URLs take me to the same bug tracker, but since my browser recognizes them by their domain name rather than by what they are, I effectively have to either:

a) log in twice to post bugs and subesquently respond to them when I log in
b) manually adjust the URL to whichever one I am already logged in to
c) always use the pearsoncomputing.net URL

I think this should be fixed in the bug tracker's configuration so it uses the correct URL in auto-generated emails.

Note: This also applies to the URL generated into messages in IRC room.

When I type a bug number (e.gt. 2512) into the bug tracker's search bar then click Search, it will take me from http://bugs.trinitydesktop.org/ to http://bugs.pearsoncomputing.net/show_bug.cgi?id=${BUG_NUMBER} . Note the change from trinitydesktop.org to pearsoncomputing.net .
