By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

When I right-clieck a file then go to Actions -> Sign File, the dialog that displays does not display any of my available keys. The screenshot attached shows that keys are available, despite the dialog being empty.

It seems 2791 duplicates those two bug reports.
I have not seen them when creating the bug, or it was not clear that it is the same issue

The patch included here https://bugs.trinitydesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2791 solves the issue

Bug 2791 has already been closed and as explained in comment 3, this fixes this issue.
